For inbound & outbound calls, the integration connects 1Stream’s AI features to NinjaOne ticketing and PSA:

AI note taking, transcription, and analysis. AI enters the notes, activities, and time entries for you, including auto time entry from the call summary.
AI alerting and notification. Set your escalation path and trigger calls, texts, and emails to flag on-call techs or send automated alerts.
For alerts, 1Stream follows the MSP’s triage and escalation plan when a NinjaOne RMM alert fires. It notifies the team by phone, text, or email and keeps going until a person confirms they have it.
