Ondas Receives More Than $30 Million in New May Orders, Pushing Q2 Bookings Beyond $110 Million Across Defense and Autonomous Technology Businesses

New York, United States — ANewswire, May 29, 2026 — Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) (“Ondas” or the “Company”), a leading provider of advanced autonomous systems and next-generation defense and security technologies, today announced that it secured more than $30 million in new orders during May across its defense, security, and autonomous technology platform.

The strong order activity in May brings Ondas’ total Q2 orders to more than $110 million to date, highlighting continued execution of the Company’s strategic growth initiatives and rising customer demand across its key technology segments. These new orders contribute to Ondas’ expanding backlog and span several of its defense and security-focused businesses, including Air Defense and C-UAS solutions, loitering munition and one-way attack systems, ISR technologies, UGVs, robotic defense systems, and mission-critical security platforms. Ondas reported $50.1 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, alongside a proforma backlog of $457 million.

“Securing more than $30 million in new orders during May, and over $110 million quarter-to-date, reflects Ondas’ continued operational execution,” said Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas. “As we continue scaling production, customer deployments, and operational capabilities across multiple technology areas, we believe this momentum further strengthens our visibility into long-term growth opportunities across defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure markets. Our strategy remains focused on integrating differentiated technologies into a unified operating platform capable of supporting increasingly complex mission requirements at scale.”

Mr. Brock added, “Governments and critical infrastructure operators are increasingly looking for trusted partners that can deliver integrated autonomous systems, counter-drone technologies, ISR platforms, and robotic mission solutions at scale. We believe Ondas is strongly positioned to meet these evolving demands through our expanding technology portfolio, operational capabilities, and growing global customer base.”

The recent order momentum highlights the impact of Ondas’ strategic growth plan as the Company continues scaling multiple technology segments through the integration of engineering expertise, operational infrastructure, manufacturing capacity, customer access, deployment experience, and field support across the Ondas platform. Ondas believes this integrated operating model enables each business segment to scale more efficiently while supporting larger and more comprehensive mission solutions for defense, homeland security, border security, public safety, critical infrastructure, and industrial customers.

The Company’s strategy centers on combining specialized technologies into a unified operating platform where each segment benefits from shared engineering resources, manufacturing capabilities, deployment experience, customer relationships, and operational support.

This structure enables Ondas to deliver integrated mission solutions rather than standalone products. Air Defense and C-UAS systems can operate alongside ISR assets, while loitering munition, one-way attack systems, and robotic ground platforms support coordinated air and ground operations in demanding environments. Together, these capabilities strengthen Ondas’ ability to support modern defense, security, border protection, and critical infrastructure missions while helping reduce operational risk for personnel.

“Customers are increasingly seeking integrated defense technologies that can work together seamlessly across the mission environment,” said Oshri Lugassy, Co-CEO of Ondas Autonomous Systems. “The future is not about one drone, one robot, or one sensor — it’s about a connected mission architecture that integrates air defense, counter-UAS, ISR, loitering systems, and autonomous ground operations into a coordinated operational capability. We believe Ondas is becoming increasingly well-positioned to deliver these multi-domain mission solutions at scale across allied and partner nation defense and security markets.”

Ondas expects to continue advancing its strategic growth initiatives by expanding production capacity, integrating acquired technologies, strengthening customer relationships, and pursuing larger defense and security programs across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and other allied markets. The Company believes increasing demand for air defense, C-UAS, autonomous ISR, loitering systems, UGVs, robotic defense technologies, and mission-critical security solutions will continue supporting its long-term growth strategy.
