China, August 3, 2026 — ANewswire.com — As solar installations continue to expand globally, aluminum frames remain one of the quiet but important components supporting module durability and mounting stability. This article discusses five Chinese manufacturers most mentioned when it comes to providing solar aluminum frames and takes a closer look at one of them, Haomen Aluminum.

The stats behind this demand are tough to ignore. As per Mordor Intelligence, the market size of solar PV mounting systems is estimated to be around USD 44.5 billion in 2024, of which 71.5% of the materials used are aluminum. Zoom out more and the picture gets even bigger: According to Orion Market Research, the global aluminum extrusion market was valued at USD 94.8 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 9.1% during the forecast period of 2024-2035 to reach USD 230.2 billion by 2035. China’s share of that market alone was estimated at USD 25.5 billion in 2024, growing at an annual rate of 9.6% through to 2035. Asia Pacific held 71.7% of global aluminum extrusion revenue in 2025, driven in large part by construction and automotive demand within China.

Trade data paints a similar picture. China exported USD 5.55 billion worth of aluminum structures (HS 7610) in 2024, which is 30.5% of total world exports in this category (OEC). This is one of the main reasons that Chinese aluminum profile manufacturers keep coming up in conversation when it comes to sourcing solar frames & PV mounting components.

Shandong Haomen Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. (Haomen Aluminum)

Linyi Haomen Aluminum is a manufacturer of architectural and industrial aluminum profiles from Linyi, Shandong Province. The company has a 270,000 square meter plant, employs some 1,500 people and can produce up to 100,000 tons a year. It offers a product portfolio of window and door profiles and industrial materials for automotive lightweighting, construction and solar frame applications.

The company’s Architectural Aluminum Profiles line includes models HM-U001, HM-S002, and HM-S003 in alloys such as 6063-T5, 6061, 6005, and 6082, typically in 4–6 meter lengths and finished in mill, powder coat, anodized, or wood grain transfer. Extrusion quality and surface durability are designed for window, door, curtain wall and solar mounting structure environments.

According to the company’s own disclosures, these profiles are ISO 9001 certified (certificate number 00226Q03185R501) by China Quality Mark Certification Group until July 1, 2029, and IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Quality inspection not only includes air tightness, water tightness and wind resistance, and the tests are with reference to GB/T 13326, GB/T 7106, JG/T 215 and GB/T 8484.

Haomen’s production side offers OEM work with 8,000 tons monthly capacity, 20 days standard lead time and 5 tons minimum order. The company says it tests 100% of its output before shipment. It has a 49-person in-house R&D team all with bachelor’s degrees or higher, working with partners such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shandong University and the Beijing Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals. Its customers are located in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Russia, Germany and Spain. For more information, please visit haomenly.com. Yonz Technology Co., Ltd.

Yonz Technology has made a name for itself in the photovoltaic space, with public information indicating integrated solar product development including modules and supporting materials. Yonz’s advantage for buyers of solar panel frames is its familiarity with the downstream module assembly process, which is helpful when frame specs need to align closely with actual cell and lamination requirements.

Anhui Xinbo Aluminum Co., Ltd.

Based in Anhui Province, Anhui Xinbo Aluminum manufactures extruded profiles mainly for the architectural and industrial markets. Its extrusion and finishing processes are suited for solar frame work and therefore it makes sense for buyers looking for PV mounting structures and module frames.

Shandong Huajian Aluminum Group Co., Ltd.

Huajian is one of the larger aluminium extrusion groups from Shandong Province, with a good history in architectural profiles for windows, doors and curtain walls. That scale, coupled with experience in manufacturing straight, tight-tolerance building profiles, translates reasonably well to the geometry demands of photovoltaic module frames.

Suzhou Lopskin Materials Technology Co.Ltd.

Lopskin, located in Suzhou, is an expert in aluminum materials and surface-treated profiles, especially anodizing and coating. This is a meaningful detail for buyers of solar frames, as PV installations are exposed outdoors for decades and the surface finish plays a big role in how well the frame holds up over time.

The Road Ahead

As the photovoltaic market continues to grow, aluminum profile makers with documented quality systems and real experience in dealing with international customers will probably continue to be sought after. Haomen Aluminum checks several of those boxes – ISO 9001 certification, IATF 16949 compliance, a range of alloys and finishes and OEM capacity that can flex with customer needs. Procurement teams looking at Chinese suppliers for solar frame sourcing should take a look at its blend of architectural profile know-how and industrial extrusion capacity.
